Source Water

The source of water is selected based on local circumstances and various criteria from water itself to the governance in long term i.e. focusing from the main source to the consumers' point covering all the water network

Pumping and Delivery

Raw water (untreated) is collected from a surface water source (such as an intake on a lake or a river) or from a groundwater source within the watershed, and the water from the source is thus treated, stored and supplied to the consumer's tap

Understanding Water Distribution

The water supply process involves multiple stages from source collection to final distribution. Each stage is critical for ensuring that safe, clean drinking water reaches every household. Our Young Water Volunteers monitor water quality at various points in this process to ensure community water security.
